The New NAFEX website design is live and here are just some of the new features we’re still working on:
- Member’s section – The members only section will be live soon. We will email you when it is. Thank you!!!
- Mobile Friendly Browsing – Get your NAFEX on the go! Browse Pomona articles, view the classifieds, and find links to content like videos and the message boards all on your phone or tablet.
- Searchable Pomona Archives – Past articles will soon be searchable as they’ll be archived as web content viewable for our members. Non-members can still search for content but won’t be able to read the articles without joining.
- More Accessible Content – The new design is running on WordPress which means less work for our content producers who can now add information to the website without needing to know HTML and CSS. So expect to see new information posted more regularly.
- Updated Look – Our new design will help attract new members especially those who don’t have the time to travel to events as the website will become their tether to their fellow members.
- Better Social Media Integration – Our Facebook page is a hub of activity. With this new site it will be easier for that information to be cross-published making it easy to access for members who don’t use Facebook as well as delivering information to Facebook that would otherwise only be found on the website. Too, we’ve added a Pinterest Group Board, a Google+ Account, and a main Twitter Feed. All of these will help build and broaden our online community.
- More You! The new design allows for more interaction, we can post more of your photos, you can more easily submit articles and information about what you’re growing, and you can find more and more curated content (videos, how-tos, etc) that will help you grow and will help NAFEX grow.
