Brief Description: Pink Princess is a pink fleshed dessert/cider apple with a sweet, slightly tart, and fruity flavor. Midseason harvest that stores 3-4 weeks. Pink Princess is a cross made by Fred Jansen, one of the founders of NAFEX. Exhibited at the 1977 NAFEX meeting, it was originally called Pink Lady. When a later apple with the same name was released commercially, Jansen renamed his apple Pink Princess.
