Preview the New Fruit Tree Pedigree Explorer<\/strong><\/p>\n

NAFEX member Eric Bina has developed an exciting visual tool for representing the parentage and pedigree of various fruit trees utilizing the extensive SNP DNA database and other publicly available data sources.<\/p>\n

Eric has created two databases to date, one for apples and another for pears, which he’ll preview on ZOOM.<\/p>\n

What are You Growing and How is it Going?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We’ll also share what’s happening in our orchards, farms and gardens, talk about the challenges of this summer’s weather, and share fruit growing successes and epic (but relatable) failures.<\/p>\n

The meeting will start on ZOOM or by phone at 4:30 p.m. PDT \/ 5:30 p.m. MDT \/ 6:30 p.m. CDT \/ 7:30 p.m. EDT.<\/p>\n
